The Buteyko Method consists of a series of breathing exercises and guidelines specifically designed to reduce over-breathing which is clinically known as ‘chronic hyperventilation’. By practicing soft, light breathing through our diaphragm, oxygen delivery to our cells increases and our body's physiology can be optimized. As a Certified Instructor in the Buteyko Breathing Method, I help clients achieve better breathing and proper oral posture.
